dear sadiyya :) i think your picture in the background looks forced to fit in. you should be able to fix this problem in photoshop. i think you could make your font a bit smaller and add more writing to your front cover and make your barcode smaller maybe? because it may poke the buyers eye into seeing the barcode, and price which may stop them from buying it. in my opinion the barcode should be the least important thing on the front cover. your writing should first catch attention and persuade the customer, this may prevent them from caring about the price but buying it instead :)
You could brush up more on your photograpgy as it makes the magazine abit childish or made by a child. Could of spreadout more of your teaser to make it look porfessional and add an issue date on aswell
I liked the masthead font choice. I think that you should make the masthead font bigger to almost fit the width of the page. The image is nice, but it looks slightly squashed. The teasers are kind of squashed togetgher. Reconsider the spacing between items.
The photograph you've used is good, kind of looks a bit stretched though. The masthead is very well designed, and the colour really catches audience attention. I think it would be better if you pushed your cover lines up, closer to the masthead.

ReplyDeletefirstly i think you should change the effect that you put on your masthead. the fonts should all be the same because it looks unorganised.
